The 22-storey building was the headquarters of the National Productivity Board with 28 lecture rooms, a resource library, a cafeteria, and an auditorium. The project won the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Award. Later, the building was better known as the PSB Corporation Science Park Building, and subsequently the Spring Singapore Building.
